REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.

Please adhere to the following to initiate a return:

    Notification must be sent to info@clicknow.co.za or 010 023 1051 informing us of any issue with the product or reason for the return, with images where necessary.
    All notifications of Returns must be within 7 days of purchase.
    Goods must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging with all accessories where applicable.

 RETURNS

    You are liable for returning the item if the reason for a return is simply a change of heart( not wanting the item ), the item is as described but does not meet your usage expectations.
    Click Now will be liable for returns on faulty items with factory faults.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    Returned goods are to be inspected before approval for replacement, exchange, credit note, or refund.
    A 15% Handling/Transaction fee will be deducted from refunds where orders were cancelled due to change of heart (Not wanting the product anymore)

PERSONAL CARE ITEMS

    Due to the current pandemic and health and safety regulations, all personal care items are excluded (Not included) fore returns.
    To adhere to the social distancing and safe contact regulations.
    Buyers are liable for all purchases on Personal items. Ensure that the necessary steps are taken for making an informed purchase.
    Item variants, dimensions, descriptions and package contents are provided to assist in decision making.
    Confirm accuracy of displayed information before purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase after notification of issue/reason for return within the stipulated 7 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and the item has not been returned, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 REPLACEMENTS

    Returned items will be replaced if stock is available.
    A replacement will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected.
    The delivery of replacement items is dependent on your location.

 EXCHANGES

    Goods can be exchanged for in-stock items to the amount of the purchased item ( shipping fee amount not included ).
    Exchange items can not be returned.

 STORE CREDIT

    A credit note on the amount paid for returned goods ( excluding shipping fee ) can be processed for purchase on in-stock items.
    A credit note is subject to 3 months validity upon approval

 REFUNDS

    Refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval.
    You are responsible for ensuring that the correct details are provided for your refund.
    In case of non-receipt of refund after the stipulated 7 days, please forward the inquiry to info@clicknow.co.za.
